Shipping

U.S. Shipping
Our Standard Shipping utilizes USPS and is free on orders totaling $35 or more (to a U.S. address) Orders typically take 2-5 days for delivery in the U.S. after orders are processed (usually 1-2 business days). During checkout, you also have the option to select USPS Priority Mail Express for 1-2 day express delivery. 

International Shipping
International Shipping is calculated at checkout. The delivery of your order will take anywhere from 3-21 days after being processed, depending on the destination and the shipping option that you choose. Note: Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs, import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your customs office for more information.


Returns/Refunds

We really hope you love your Bourbon Cousins purchase. If for some reason you don’t, you may return any new and unused item, including its gift box, for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. 

Here’s how:
Please send us an email with "RETURN” as the subject line to hello@bourboncousins.com. Be sure to tell us your name, order #, the reason for return, and the email address you used for the original order. You will receive an email with a Return Authorization form within 1-2 business days. Print the form and include it in the box with the item you are returning. We must receive your return package within 2 weeks from when the Return Authorization is issued to you.

Refunds
You will receive a refund for the purchase price, not including any shipping charges you originally paid. The refunded amount should be available on your card’s account within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank. All returned items must be unworn or unused and in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the gift box before we will process your refund.


Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Selecting a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance may provide you some peace of mind. Sorry, but we are not responsible for return shipments not received.


Exchanges 
You’ll need to return the item you want to exchange and purchase the new item in a separate transaction. Please follow the same return/refund process as above.
