▼Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase.Your card will be credited for the purchase price, not including any shipping charges you originally paid. See full details of our return policy here.

◄U.S. Shipping: Our Standard Shipping utilizes USPS and is free for orders $35 or more (to a U.S. address) Orders typically take 2-5 days for delivery in the U.S. after orders are processed (usually in 1-2 business days). During checkout, you also have the option to select USPS Priority Mail Express for 1-2 day express delivery.

◄International Shipping: International Shipping is calculated at checkout. The delivery of your order will take anywhere from 3-21 days after being processed, depending on the destination and the shipping option that you choose. Note: Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs, import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your customs office for more information.

◄Local Pickup: If you select Local Pickup during checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please CALL us at 513-813-8656 to arrange for your order pickup : ) Orders are usually ready within 24 hours of order placement. Our open studio hours do fluctuate. The best time to pick up is Monday through Friday, between 10am and 4pm. And we can also leave your order at the 1st floor main desk. For security, our multi-tenant building remains locked but has a call box located beside the main doors. On the call box, punch in 216 when you arrive please. This allows us to unlock the doors.

An email will be sent to you with shipping and tracking information after your order is processed for shipping.

International Shipping
Sorry, we are not able to provide tracking numbers for International orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

◄If your package is lost or stolen: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Remember to continue to check the tracking information and follow up with the carrier.

◄Secure Shopping: The Bourbon Cousins website is hosted by and uses the Shopify E-commerce platform. Shopify automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the Shopify server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Bourbon Cousins does not store credit card information.

◄Items that are sold out: If you see a product that is sold out, and you’d like to purchase it, you can enter your email address on the product page to receive an email notification when the product is back in stock.
